Returns & Exchanges

Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. We offer exchanges or refunds only in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, colour preference, design preference, or material preference.

Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not provide reverse pickup facilities.

48 Hours Return Policy

You have 48 hours from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at contact@khajurahokarigari.com.

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • An unboxing video is mandatory showing the defect at the time of opening the parcel


     

    Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sarees or suit sets with the fall and pico service completed.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive another item is to return the approved product and place a new order separately after the return has been processed.

European Union Customers

Customers residing within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10–12 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at khajurahokarigari@gmail.com.

Important Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
  • Original tags and invoice must accompany the return.
  • Products altered or repaired by third parties will not be accepted.
  • Please use a reliable courier service when returning approved items.
  • Any item not received by Khajuraho Karigari will be considered not returned.
  • The management's decision regarding refunds, exchanges, and defective products shall be final.
